Practical AI, built by someone who ships it
AutoScope AI is an independent AI automation studio working primarily with manufacturers. We build the tools that collect raw production data, analyze it, and turn it into the improvement plans a business actually runs on — plus custom agentic workflows and applications for the work that doesn't fit a mold.
The clearest example is the Operational Excellence Assessment platform, already in client use. It digitizes the core lean rubric for the field — guided scoring across 22 categories, tracked by plant area and by year, with a live dashboard and one-click Excel and deck export. It runs on a phone and tolerates a dead signal, because scoring happens standing on the floor, not back at a desk.
Then it does the part that usually never happens. The platform ranks every gap against target, and Claude turns that ranking into a sequenced improvement plan — why each move comes when it does, what the first ninety days look like on the floor, a success measure for every step, and the watch-outs. Each step drops into a PDCA tracker that carries it through to done, so an assessment ends in a managed plan instead of a score and a shrug. That same collect, analyze, act loop is what we build for other operations.
